New projects / current projects
We have been working very hard behind the scenes on the early stages of new projects, and progressing with our current ones. We are hoping for lots of exciting news later this year and the beginning of 2023!
Commercial Updates:
Langage South Business Park- Lots of Thriving businesses & New units!
As always, it’s been really busy at Unitbuild! We have nearly finished our Langage South Business Park development with only 7 units left to complete. This business park is already thriving with lots of businesses operating out of it, such as Prestige Packaging, Thirsty Work and Daniel Surf.
Unit 10 Fit out Progress:
We are currently completing the internal fit-out for Unit 10 which will be the new home for Bamboo Clothing. This is a three-storey unit, which is our largest unit to date!
Unit 11 Build Progress:
Unit 11 is now watertight with the roller shutter doors being installed in the last week.
Units 14-19 Build Progress:
Blockwork for Units 14-19 is currently being constructed. We are looking at the end of February 2023 for the completion of these units! These will be the last units to be constructed at our Langage South Development.
Seaton Park House – Due to start in 2023!
We are excited to start works on our 6,000 sq ft office unit out at Derriford, we have had lots of interest in this unit and are currently in talks with a business before starting the works so we can cater to their requirements internally.
Residential Updates:
Compton Court- All apartments are let!
Compton Court was our first residential build, we started this in 2020. Earlier this year we completed the project and now have all 8 flats rented out to our tenants. We are personally managing the apartments, making sure tenants are happy & keeping up with maintenance.
Tamerton Yard – 6 Apartments in Planning
We really enjoyed getting involved in our very own residential project and as you may have seen on the Plymouth Live website, we are now in planning to turn our own offices into 6 apartments. We are very excited about this prospect and feel that building apartments here will be great for the Tamerton Foliot community.
