Opening in early 2020, the bespoke clinic at Derriford is a £2.5 million investment that is set to create around 25 new jobs.

Unitbuild is main contractor for this exciting project, designed by chartered architects Design Development for the Centre for Reproduction and Gynaecology Wales (CRGW).

Responsible for the entire construction and fit-out, Unitbuild started on-site in early May, digging out for the foundations and making the site level, before the erection of steelwork frames last week.

Independent clinic CRGW already has three bespoke centres in Bristol, Cardiff and Swansea, offering the latest scientific technology and state of the art facilities needed for all modern fertility treatments.
