UNITBUILD LIVING
This will be our first Residential Development available to purchase, we have predominately developed industrial units in the past. But as we grow, we hope to take on more residential projects in the future. We are very excited and are enjoying the process so far!
Site before Demolition
The site was formerly ocupied by a relgious meeting room which had to be demolished following the acquistion of the site.
Site Demolition- Gilpin Demolition
On returning to work in June the site was handed over to Gilpin Demolition who demolished the existing meeting hall.
Site is back in our hands!
At the beginning of July our own groundowrks team began the installation of the foundations, drainage and blockwork up to DPC level, ready for the timber frame to be erected.
Timber Frame Erection- Ashbrooke Homes
Ashbrooke Homes have been employed to design and erect the timber frame and started work in early August. Towards the end of September, the windows and external doors will be fitted, as well as the flat roof. The windows & doors will be fitted by ADF Plastics Ltd and the roof will be supplied & installed by DFR Roofing Ltd. This will make the building watertight ready for the internal fitout to start.

Internals of the 1 bed & 2 bed Apartments:
With the installation of the timber frame partitions it is now possible to envisage how the flats will appear once finished. The internal fit out is due to commence once the buiding is watertight. There will be Four 2 bedroom apartments and Four 1 bedroom apartments available to rent- all completed to high specifcations.
