The purpose built 10,000 sq ft unit is one of the first units to be constructed on site at Langage this year.  The steel frame has been erected and the roof is being installed. This project involves a shell only package. We will be handing over the unit to Thirsty Work who will then complete the fit-out themselves.

On Tuesday 22nd September 2020, we met Andrew Vickory (Managing Director Of Thirsty Work ) and his team on site to show them the progress of their brand new unit. They were extremely pleased with the progress and are keeping their own a log of the progress.
