Currently in planning, our brand-new 7-acre business park, Langage South will be starting construction early next year.

Langage South will have a total of 33 commercial units on site, 4 of which have already been pre-sold. We will have 29 units (650 sq ft -2000 sq ft) available for purchase. A new junction off of the Eastern Wood Rd roundabout in Plymouth will be created to access the park. The Park will also boast great transport links to the A38 Devon Expressway.
